UP bus accident news student teacher 30 injured bus overturns in Bhadohi Basti Uttar Pradesh News

In a tragic incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Bhadohi, 30 people, including students and teachers of Vivekananda Inter College in Basti district, were injured when the bus they were traveling in overturned and fell into a ditch. News agency PTI reported that the accident took place in Aurai area of ​​Bhadohi when the bus carrying 48 passengers was returning to Basti from Vindhyachal late on Sunday evening.

Students of classes 9, 10 and 11 were on a two-day educational tour to Varanasi, Sarnath, Kashi and Vindhyachal. The bus driver lost control of the vehicle, which broke the roadside railing and the bus fell into a ditch.

According to PTI, Circle Officer Umeshwar Prabhat Singh said that after hearing the screams of the passengers, passersby informed the police and helped rescue the trapped people by breaking the windows of the bus. The injured have been admitted to the Community Health Center and their condition is said to be out of danger. The bus driver fled the spot after the incident, PTI reported.

DTC bus overturned in Rohini, Delhi

In another accident, in Rohini in northwest Delhi, a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus overturned on Sunday morning, injuring three people, including the bus driver and conductor. The cause of the accident remains unknown.

A video circulated on social media showed the bus lying on the side of the road with a broken windshield as people gathered around.

DTC bus overturned near Rohini Sector 15. As soon as information about the accident was received, police teams reached the spot and the injured were taken to the nearest hospital. Investigation into the matter has been started.
